The museum preserves and displays more than 80 historical aircraft spanning from the pre-World War II era through the Cold War and beyond. Its collection is particularly renowned for its comprehensive bomber aircraft, including the Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress, the B-29 Superfortress, the B-47 Stratojet, the B-52D Stratofortress, and the Consolidated B-24M Liberator, along with special exhibits featuring aircraft like the B-58 Hustler and the Convair RB-36H Peacemaker.
The museum operates daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and offers visitors the chance to walk among these aircraft, understand their historical significance, and see the engineering that shaped aviation history. The museum includes a Presidential VC-9 aircraft available for tours, an indoor exhibition space with detailed aircraft histories, and an RV park with full hookups for visitors who travel to see the collection.
